For one of the no-school days in October, I invited my sister, Heather, to come share her cupcake decorating skills with the teens. She does some amazing things with fondant and the goal was to teach the teens how fun it can be to create fondant decorations.
We discovered that-- although it make look easy-- it is actually quite difficult! But we had a good time making a mess and the final cupcake results were still fun and festive for Halloween.
